Bio:
Adam is the CEO and a founder of SVGIM, a specialist investment manager that has used Stewardship based investment approaches to deliver outperformance for its clients since 2003. The core activity of the Group is to manage concentrated funds which create value by helping smaller quoted companies to improve their long term value on a sustainable basis through improved ESG, strategy and operations, while remaining in the public arena.
Prior to managing SVGIM he worked at UBS Global Asset Management (prev. Phillips & Drew) covering, at various stages, UK equities, Asian equities (including Australasia), global automotive stocks, etc, gaining exposure to different corporate governance cultures around the world.

What brings me to NSFM is an interest in fundamental reform of equity markets to bring them back to a long term perspective and an on-going business need to contact ESG specialist service providers and to contact potential investors in my firms Stewardship based funds.
I am interested in stewardship, corporate governance, impact on externalities on ratings, quantifying externalities.
