Corporate Governance Manager at Henderson Global Investors. In this role I am responsible for the implementation of Henderson’s responsible investment policy, covering corporate governance engagement and proxy voting, as well as wider responsible investment issues across our mainstream funds. Prior to joining Henderson, I worked at Pensions & Investment Research Consultants (PIRC), a corporate governance consultancy, in a variety of roles.
