Bio:
Christoph Harwood founded Marksman Consulting in 2009 to provide environmental finance advice to clients. This brought together the consulting skills he picked up at McKinsey, the financial knowledge from working at UBS and the understanding of the energy markets from his time in Shell.
Interests:
Christoph helps clients in three areas. (i) Advising investors on how to manage the move to a more sustainable economy with a special focus on the low carbon economy. (ii) Helping environmental businesses and funds write business plans that are attractive to investors or financers (iii) Working on how to bring low cost finance to low carbon ventures, in particular working on local government led energy efficiency programmes for private and social housing.
Christoph is a member of the Climate Bonds Initiative.
