Justine Lutterodt is Director of the Centre for Synchronous Leadership, an organisation established to help leaders reach their potential while promoting an ethical approach to business. As coach and consultant for the Centre, she strives to bridge the gap between theory and practice by leveraging cutting edge research in organisational and social psychology to achieve tangible results for clients. The concept of Synchronous Leadership incorporates a positive view of ethics with an emphasis on being ‘in sync’ with one’s own needs as well as the needs of co-workers, other stakeholders and the greater needs of society. This unique approach has been featured in Coaching at Work magazine. Justine also speaks regularly on the topic of ethical leadership and lectures at local universities in London.
Over the past ten years, Justine has worked with leaders of Fortune 500 companies and top-tier professional services firms in different capacities. Previously Justine was Director of Marketing at a boutique consultancy, where she helped reconfigure the company strategy based on customer feedback and served as coach to the president. Prior to this she was a management consultant at a top-tier firm in New York City, and worked with clients from a range of sectors.
Justine is currently a member of the Academy of Executive Coaching, where she completed an ICF-accredited course. She is also an active member of the Appreciative Inquiry Network and has completed the foundational course in Appreciative Inquiry facilitation. Justine holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Mathematics and Philosophy from Yale University.
