Bio:
Kate works within the financial services and legal sectors and has over 10 years’ experience in executive search in Sydney and London. She also has extensive experience of executive assessment.
Prior to joining Johnson, Kate was Executive Director at Russell Reynolds where she led and developed their Asset and Wealth Management practice. Kate commenced her search career with Egon Zehnder and has also worked with Eban, Johnson’s alliance partner in Asia and the United Kingdom.
Kate has financial markets industry experience having spent three years with NationsBank Europe as Senior Vice President, Financial Derivatives, five years with Westpac in London as Senior Manager, Head of Origination & Swaps Marketing and three years with Hambros Bank Limited in London as Deputy Syndicate Manager, International Debt Issues Division.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge. Kate has also completed a Coaching qualification from the Academy of Executive Coaching in London.
Interests:
As an Executive Search Consultant identifying talent to take up positions of influence and responsibility in the Financial Markets, I am mindful of the need for future leaders to embrace sustainability. I see this as a vital part of sound corporate governance policies to enhance shareholder value.
