Claire Woods


Claire Woods is a Clarendon Scholar reading for a DPhil at the University of Oxford. She holds a Maîtrise in International Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) and Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Melbourne. Her current DPhil research focuses on fiduciary duty and the consideration of environmental, social and governance issues in institutional investment decisions. She is drafting part of the Fiduciary II project managed by the UN Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI). She previously worked as an analyst at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian lawyer.
