I am interested in the evolutionary role of fiduciary duties and how they serve to encourage and discourage the integration of environmental, social and governance issues into investment and management decisions. I am particularly interested in encouraging institutional investors to push portfolio companies to mange for the long term. Finally, I am very interested in the intersection of fiduciary duties and universal owner theory.
